YAY, it's MAY!  The temperature can still be to cold at night for any precious plants you are eagerly awaiting for so if you do make a purchase please watch the weather in the evening for possible frost.  If you would like to purchase your Vegetable or Annuals now please keep in mind that they have been growing in warm greenhouses, so it is a good idea to wait until there is no sign of frost before planting in the ground.  When purchasing Hanging Baskets or Patio Pots early make sure you move them to a spot that is protected or place a sheet over them if there is possible frost.  Perennials also run the risk of frost damage so keep and eye on them as well.  The long weekend is good time to start displaying your purchases so you don't run the risk of loosing anything.  Now is a good time to start getting everything ready to have your planting run smoothly.
